ÖZ

Etkinlik teorisine göre geliştirilmiş BSÖ dersi programının adayların birleştirilmiş sınıflarda öğretmenlik yapma konusundaki özyeterlik düzeylerine etkisi, kontrol grubu üzerinden karşılaştırmalı olarak saptanmak istenmiştir. Yarı deneysel araştırma deseni öntest - grup işlemler – sontest biçimindedir. Verilerin analizinde t testleri ve etki büyüklüğü (r) istatistikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, iki öğretim programının adayların birleştirilmiş sınıflarda öğretmenlik yapmaya ilişkin özyeterlilik düzeylerini yükseltmede anlamlı biçimde katkı sağlarken etkinlik teorisi ilkelerine göre geliştirilmiş programın, öğretmen adaylarının özyeterlik düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisinin diğer öğretim programına göre daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır.
