By preparing an improved educational environment which is open to communication a new educational situation has been created. The participatory learning activities which will be carried out in this environment (strategic goals, methods, tools, materials in the content of which unit tables and observation charts play a role) and the teaching approaches which need to be developed within the framework of programme development have been considered and integrated as part of a continuous learning model.
