Abstract
In this study, views of the academic personnel at Fırat University about their own job stress, strain and coping levels were determined, analyzed and the results were interpreted. For this purpose, the questionnaires prepared aimed at finding answers answers to the foilwing questions: A. What are the views of the academic personnel at Fırat University about their own job stress, strain and coping levels? B. What are the effects of job stress, strain and coping levels on forming their own views in terms of vairables such as gender, title, marital status, teaching load, department employed, period of employment and administrative positions held?
