An Evaluation of Physical and Relational Aggression During Preschool Period in Relation to Some Variables

Abstract

This study was aimed to reveal the relationship among some variables and physicalrelational aggressive behaviours which preschoolers act to their peers. 121 children (60-72 months-old; 56 boys and 65 girls) and 6 teachers take part from two different independent preschools which depend on MoNE in Ankara. The effects of parameters on the total point taken from the sub-dimensions of PSBS-TF were studied by t-test and ANOVA. It was detected that physical aggression points of boys and children of 15 years old working experience of teachers, and relational aggression points of children’s fathers graduated from secondary school, mothers worked about education and 15 years working experience of teachers were highest than others.
